This is a blog that showcases interesting, beautiful, and bizarre dollhouse miniatures. You don't have to be a dollhouse miniaturist to appreciate this!
Wow... this was so nostalgic for me. When I was little I had a few doll houses that I would spend hours with. I fond a great book at my school on how to make furnature from houshold items. The one I remember was using toothpaste lids and gameboard pieces (like the ones in sorry) to make lamps. You do wonderful work. I hope my daughter likes girly things when she gets a little older. I miss playing with dolls.
Thank you again for featuring my little bedroom-I'm always so happy to be a part of one of my favorite blogs ever! How often do we get to create things that are just about the pure joy of making stuff, like we did when we were little? It' as close as I can get to the time of making elf hats out of acorns and dishes from buttons!
A blog for photos of gorgeous or interesting dollhouse miniatures, plus information about the hobby.
If you'd like to submit photos to the blog, please send your good quality (non fuzzy, well lit, not too small) photos to Livinginthepast_minis@yahoo.com.au
