Explanations of the photo are often useful, as is who made it (if you'd like to stay anonymous, that is fine) and its global location.
Photos will be accepted or rejected based on many criteria without notification, and it may take a long time for a photo to be actually put up.
Please make sure that the photo is clear and unfuzzy.
